Charles Arbez, P.Eng

Charles Arbez has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing and an  extensive background in automotive subassembly, metal fabrication and Just-in-Time sequencing.

Charles has concentrated on helping manufacturers implement world class manufacturing techniques.  His experience includes designing and commissioning  of JIT assembly plants; productivity, assessments and improvement plans; waste elimination using cross-functional teams; 5S workplace organization, as well as training for operators and engineers.

Charles has had the opportunity to lead a variety of projects, such as a consortium  of suppliers formed to reduce operating costs which includes detailed productivity assessments, implementation plans, operation analysis and designs of short cycle time manufacturing environments.

He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (APEO), Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) and Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
