Client List
One thing you can be sure of.

Our CTM Program Directors "have been there and they have done it before". These professionals are true practitioners. They spend the vast majority of their time, and their careers, in the field and on the job, learning and perfecting their craft. For them, it is an ongoing task, and no matter what they develop for the classroom and books, they know it only works when it is put into practise. Therefore, when they work with participants in the CTM programs, they know that they are a transfer agent of knowledge and experience and that nothing happens until the participants are capable of doing it.

Here are just some quotes of what our clients had to say about our programs!

"The CTM Time Based Change and Continuous Improvement program puts everything into perspective. We were doing a lot of changing that was not in context or within an overall framework of thinking. When our team members became more aware of how all the issues and parts were connected, we were able to achieve a lot more, a lot faster".
Grote Industries Inc. Madison, IN
"It was very important that we understood our new role, and how to communicate and apply the basics of continuous improvement to day-to-day decision-making and problem solving. The workshop really helped involve and motivate more people in our improvement process. The CTM Supervisors workshop helped all of us move to the new supervisor role and has raised our confidence and cross-functional team spirit".
FABCO, Windsor, ON
"With CTM's Project Management program, it's as though you were asked to set up a separate organization for a few months".
Inter-City Products Corp, Brantford,ON
"After participating in the CTM Business Simulation Game and watching in the weeks to follow how our continuous improvement teams were able to apply the lessons learnt to real life operations makes the game one of the best tools I've seen to help everyone contribute to the improvement effort".
