Don has over 30 years experience in the highly competitive manufacturing industry and has been involved in business optimization with an emphasis on leadership, lean manufacturing and quality management systems. Don has worked in the manufacturing industry with companies such as General Electric and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). He has also assisted over 80 manufacturers, distributors and service companies to gain QS or ISO registration and is currently working with several companies on upgrading their QS 9000 systems to TS 16949. He has held senior positions in strategic planning, marketing, manufacturing, sales, consulting and general management .
Don is currently a Senior Consultant and Implementation Specialist providing services in Strategic Planning, Lean Manufacturing, ISO9001:2000 / QS 9000 / TS16949 and Continuous Improvement.
