Many companies find a need to develop their own in-house training system rather than hire outsiders to come in and train. They feel this will make their organization self-sufficient and more flexible, therefore more in control in determining training needs and a better real time delivery capability.
CTM “Train-the-Trainer” programs (TT) allow for companies to have several of their “best and brightest” trained and certified to be in-house company trainers. CTM’s subject materials have been used successfully over a 16 year period helping many companies understand and implement more profitable ways of running their business.
Our Train-the-Trainer delivery options recognize your in-house training staff’s current capability level by providing subjects that need to be delivered on the shop floor “hands-on” - with pre-packaged training material that is easily absorbed by your company trainers. We offer an open line of communication between your trainers and CTM instructors as they implement the new subjects learnt.
We also offer a continuous upgrade package to ensure your trainers leverage from CTM’s continuing product research and development efforts.
In-House Training and Facilitation
When clients need direct assistance for our subject workshop material we will supply a CTM instructor or facilitator to meet their needs.
We have workshops that support a company’s training needs. These subjects cover the five basic CTM Time Loops - as defined in our Cycle Time Management Book - “The Fast-Track to Time-Based Productivity Improvement”.
- The Strategic Development Loop
- New Product Introduction Loop
- Supply Loop
- Make/Ship Loop
- Distribution Loop
This training material has primarily been developed to be experiential, full of exercises and games, and in some cases using real manufacturing equipment on a shop floor setting. These subjects are delivered under our Learning Cycles™.
There’s More !
The CTM Learning Cycles are much more comprehensive than we can describe here, and they are designed to be completely adaptable to each organization’s particular needs. In addition to the programs we have already developed, we will consider custom-designing new Learning Cycle programs around important needs and problems you may have.
