George Opacic George began a lifetime learning experience in TQM, and then ISO 9000 quality management, while operating his own manufacturing company. He has subsequently been successful in implementing quality programs in manufacturing firms, but has specialized for the past six years in solutions for service-industry requirements for quality management and process-oriented management systems. Clients have taken him throughout North America and the Pacific Rim. Combining the benefits of a customized set of quality procedures with a company's business operating system has been the goal.
In addition to numerous manufacturing firms, primary clients have included the administration side of automotive OEMs, auto dealerships, engineering firms, government departments and health care facilities.
George's degree is in labour relations from McMaster University, while his real learning has been the one-on-one seminars offered by every client.
