This class is highly interactive and practical in nature. Working with a training need identified from your work place, you will design, develop and deliver a training session to the other participants. Your training session will be videotaped to provide you with immediate feedback on your progress.

This class will provide the knowledge and skills for trainers to apply to adult learning theories, the ability to develop effective training activities and practise good instructional techniques. In addition to a number of practical exercises and role playing, participants will be able to make a convincing, concise presentation using platform and communication skills taught in the class.

One to three hours of take home reading, exercises and assignments also will be required.
