Paul is an Enterprise Lean Specialist with 25 years automotive parts manufacturing experience, complemented by 16 years Enterprise Lean Consulting.

Paul gained his manufacturing, operational and senior management experience within the Ford Remanufacturing Program. His background includes manufacturing, process improvement, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, product development and implementation of MRP & ERP Systems. He was instrumental in successfully implementing Just in Time manufacturing and Ford Q1in three automotive parts plants.

Paul’s Lean experience has included improving operational productivity and profitability across a wide range of business sectors including Automotive, Heavy Manufacturing, Process, Job Shop, Mining, Supply Chain, Consumer Business, Beverage, Apparel, Insurance, School Boards, Government, Insurance and Health Care. He has helped start businesses of all size on their lean journey, from $2 Million privately owned companies to $100 Million + corporations.

Paul is a student of The Toyota Production System (TPS), continually upgrading his lean knowledge and skill set. Since Paul first joined Cycle Time Management in 1999 he has been instrumental in developing and growing of our Lean practise, especially in the area of  material development, training and facilitation.

Paul believes that Enterprise Lean Methodology will allow North American companies to compete with “Low Wage” countries.
