ISOPLUS

What is ISO Plus?

Cycle Time Management starts with a comprehensive assessment of your company that has three sections:

  • An ISO 9001:2000 Gap Analysis

  • Best Business Practise Analysis

  • A Core Process Cost/Time Analysis

With this baseline, CTM will integrate what you already do well with a new Quality Management System, and then offer a more efficient total Business Management System that will help to focus every employee on aspects of quality and best practises to drive your company toward increased profitability.

What does the "Plus" give you?

The ISO Plus Business-Centred Approach focuses on:

  1. Waste elimination

  2. Simplification of process-flow

  3. Integration of effort

  4. Efficiency of operations

  5. Profitability

ISO Plus

Quality is a given. To compete in global or domestic markets, you must meet world class standards. The ISO 9000 standards sets those International Standards.

Adopting ISO 9000 is one thing, making it profitable is a different matter. A major challenge is how to implement ISO 9001:2000, and how it should incorporate profitability factors. Let Cycle Time Management help you integrate your Quality Management System with our Business Centred Approach. We can enable your organization to not only conform to this new customer driven standard but also help develop a strong competitive advantage!

Merge Quality with Profitability ! ! !

By combining a select number of business improvement programs from our Top Gun toolkit, with the new issue of ISO 9001:2000, we have put together the best system for implementing a modern quality management system!

It is not only easier on management and staff, it gives you real Return-On-Investment.

The Accelerated ISO Plus program is even better! It can get a smaller company to registration within 5 to 6 months (5 weeks of implementation plus 3 months using the QMS). This saves time and money, as well as allowing everybody to learn the new management system fully, without relapse to the old way.

Accelerated ISO Plus is organized so as to interfere with day-to-day business as little as possible while still introducing a new way of working for each employee. This is not just a bunch of paperwork to add to what is already done, this is a new management system that must be understood and used by everybody in five weeks time!
