President and co-founder of CTM, William Neeve (Bill)  has more than 20 years experience  in management and consulting and his knowledge provides clients with an in-depth resource. In the early 1980’s, Bill was with Hewlett-Packard where he consulted to the manufacturing sector on the utilization and implementation of technology (CIM: Computer Integrated Manufacturing) into customer organizations.
 
In addition, he has more than 10 years experience in continuous improvement, organizational change and the Japanese techniques.  Bill has played an important role in facilitating the involvement of unions in the process of change and the development of special “conflict management” programs.  

He has worked with companies throughout North America such as: The Royal Canadian Mint, General Motors, Procter and Gamble, Federal Pioneer, J.M. Schneider, Inter-City Products, Grote Industries Inc. He has been involved in all aspects of continuous improvement:  TQM, CIM, MRP II and JIT. Bill is the co-founder of the company’s Cycle Time Concept

As a “pioneer” in the field, he was instrumental in the development of the fundamental principles of cycle time.  In 1985 Hewlett- Packard seconded Bill to Ryerson’s Centre for Advanced Technology where he worked with colleagues from IBM, DEC and the Institute’s faculty in creating programs for a better understanding of the application of technology in business.

At CTM he heads up the integrated CTM Process and his primary focus is in the initial strategic planning and the Business Assessment.

Bill has developed major educational and informational programs for the implementation of change into organizations and he has presented seminars and taught courses on the strategies and practises of cycle time, continuous improvement, total quality and JIT for both manufacturing and service companies throughout North America.  He is a regular speaker at conferences and senior management think-tanks. 

He is an outspoken advocate and supporter of North America’s potential to achieve competitive superiority in productivity, performance and quality.
