Paul’s senior management experience was gained working for Michelin and General Tires in Canada, Europe and the United States.  His leader- ship experience was honed in both union and non-union environments.

Paul combines current philosophy with high-tech learning tools. He delivers programs in Team Based Manufacturing, Coaching and Developing, Maintaining Effective Teams, with a focus on front line Supervisors.  Paul has demonstrated excellence in consulting directly with many companies to develop in-house programs designed specifically for a client’s needs.
