These workshops are delivered at a hotel site.
Classes are 3-4 days and students are certified upon completion. This entitles them to train others within their company. These workshops are supported with manuals, video and CD-ROM.
Who should attend?
Trainers, supervisors, and other individuals who are involved in identifying, planning and/or delivering training to personnel. Experience as a trainer or instructor is not required but those who have taught in-house and not received formal training will find this program very beneficial.
