Educational Workshops

Our Series of Integrated Learning Programs

(All workshops support the Implementation of Lean Manufacturing)

Workshops, seminars, books and a myriad of other learning tools have their place. They can be effective in the broad spectrum of business learning. But, in many, many cases they are not enough. They are only a piece of the process. That is why CTM has created its Learning Cycles.

Lessons from the field, the floor and the customer. CTM has spent many years immersed in the business of organizational change and our people have collectively spent many years with companies like Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, Westinghouse and small to medium-sized businesses such as Inter-City Products, J.M.Schneider, Grote Industries and Morton Metalcraft. This has given us extensive hands-on experience and invaluable lessons learnt. All of which we have applied to the development of our new Learning Cycles Programs. We have never before extracted our workshops and thought-ware from the comprehensive CTM 12 Step Process. Our educational programs have always been integrated into our implementation process
for change.

Until now!. . .

Now, the years of honing our educational and change processes within many corporations throughout North America, allows us to deliver self-contained, experiential learning programs that really work. They are ideally suited to hundreds of organizations that want more than a workshop or seminar, but do not require a comprehensive process for change.

Making It Happen!

The CTM Programs are geared to significantly help your people “make it happen”. The lessons learnt from this three part program can provide your key people with the knowledge and practical understanding needed to drive change and Continuous Improvement to every corner of the organization. The CTM Programs are designed to be custom-tailored to each company’s particular needs and provide on-site, hands-on experience.

The classroom learning can be held on-site or at an off-site location arranged by CTM.

Where? Your Place or Ours?

Only through the process of “Doing” can sustainable change be achieved.

Organizational change, continuous improvement, re-engineering, improved productivity and total quality have all been key elements in CTM’s work over the years and our people have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of these important concepts and issues.

However, our focus, regardless of the issue, has always been on helping companies develop their own process for implementation. Our knowledge base is broad, but our skill set is focused. Focused on how to implement change - no matter what the issue, concept or program. You will see this dedicated focus in the work we do for our clients and in the way our professional practitioners work.
